Students planning on attending Butte College for the 2023 Fall or the 2024 spring semesters, can complete the 2023-2024 FAFSA or the California Dream Act NOW.

If you are a student who is currently attending classes for the fall 2022 semester and want to apply for financial aid you can file the 2022-2023 FAFSA or the California Dream Act Application. It is important that you use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to transfer your 2020 Tax information into your FAFSA.

Butte College Promise Scholarship Program offers Free Tuition!

Students who are California residents (CA) or a AB540 eligible resident students who are first-time college students that are attending Butte College full-time (12 units or more) at the college census date will have their tuition and service fees paid.
